Allison Suznovich, LCSW | CA LCS22394

Allison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping her clients improve their overall happiness and live more fulfilling lives. She is a skilled mental health therapist with more than 15 years of experience. Allison received her BS in Psychology and Masters in Social Work from CSU Sacramento. She also received basic and advanced EMDR training through the Sonoma Psychotherapy Training Institute and is certified in EMDR with the EMDR International Association. 

Currently, Allison is offering individual therapy to adult clients, ages 18 and older. She utilizes various psychotherapeutic strategies to fit her client’s needs and treatment goals. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a more specialized, evidenced based approach that involves memory reprocessing to help clients heal from past or ongoing traumatic and/or difficult memories and experiences. Allison uses this approach in her work with clients when appropriate. Other evidenced based psychotherapy approaches Allison uses in her practice with clients include cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, choice theory and psychodynamic therapy.

Danielle Dass, LCSW | CA LCS62052

Danielle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her master’s degree from CSU, Sacramento. She has completed EMDR Basic Training and is certified in Holistic Nutrition.

Danielle works with adults, teens, children, and families dealing with a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, communication, boundaries, attachment, and life transition/adjustment.

Danielle provides specialized counseling for emergency services personnel and their family members. She understands the unique needs of first responders as it relates to trauma, crisis, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, job-related stress, job security, suicide, etc.  

In addition to therapy, Danielle provides clinical supervision to future therapists in training. She is passionate about supporting and educating the next generation of Associate Clinical Social Workers and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists.

Danielle’s practice is designed to emphasize the healing process of growth and balanced self-care. Her passion is to see people grow towards their potential and her goal is to help people improve their total health and well-being.

Outside of her practice, Danielle works in forensic mental health. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and is a self-proclaimed foodie.

Roshni Patel, LMFT | CA MFC45804

Roshni is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been providing and managing behavioral health care services in the Sacramento Metropolitan area since 2000. She graduated from Chapman University in Tucson, Arizona. 

Roshni is a professionally trained therapist whose goal is to help individuals, couples, and families face their emotional issues with courage and strength while learning to grow and change in a motivating and safe environment. 

Roshni is experienced in working with adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship issues.

Roshni uses multiple treatment modalities which draw upon the personal strengths of her clientele. In addition, to English, Roshni speaks Gujarati and Hindi and is comfortable working with people from many cultures.

Roshni understands that the decision to seek therapy takes courage and is committed to building a respectful, compassionate and safe environment for her clients as they journey towards self-understanding and change.
